Ring of Kerry

A 180-kilometre scenic loop around the Iveragh Peninsula

The Ring of Kerry is a roughly 180-kilometre loop road around the Iveragh Peninsula in southwest Ireland, linking bays, mountain passes and small coastal towns. One of its best-known viewpoints, Ladies View in Killarney National Park, takes its name from Queen Victoria's ladies-in-waiting, who stopped there during her 1861 visit. The route also skirts the foot of Macgillycuddy's Reeks, Ireland's highest mountain range.
